Our replacement, return, and refund policies are designed with your satisfaction in mind, aiming to make your experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

Please note: The policies outlined below are applicable only to purchases made through our official website (www.balajifarms.com). They do not apply to offline purchases or items bought through third-party platforms.

Replacement Policy

We offer product replacement under the following conditions:

  • Transit Damage: If your product is damaged during delivery and reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Short Shelf Life: If the delivered product has less than 50% of its shelf life remaining, and this is reported within 24 hours.

  • Quality Concerns: If there’s a verifiable quality issue, determined by our internal quality control team after inspection.

Please Note: For replacements, the original product must be returned. Without the return, we cannot process a replacement.

Replacements are NOT allowed in the following cases:

  • Products past their expiry date.

  • Used or partially consumed products.


Return Policy

Products sold on www.balajifarms.com are generally non-returnable.

However, returns are allowed under these exceptions:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damaged product received


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following scenarios:

  • Verified quality-related concerns

  • Order cancellation by the customer (within the stipulated time)

  • Failed delivery or service issue

Refunds may be processed via:

  • E-Vouchers/Gift Cards (redeemable on your next purchase)

  • Direct transfer to the original customer’s bank account

Note:

  • Refunds to bank accounts are processed within 7–8 business days, post quality check.

  • The bank account name must match the name of the person requesting the refund.

  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and verified. Balaji Farms is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
